Take the Maleny Runfest Mountain View Challenge half marathon in 2019! Run or walk – you choose. All proceeds will assist the Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation and other local community projects.

This event started in 2011 and has grown each year. Be part of the increasing number of runners and walkers that enjoy the scenic views of the Glass House Mountains while raising money for a worthy cause. Take on the 5km run or ramp it up a notch by doing the 10km circuit. Better still sign up for the premier challenge – the REMAX Hinterland half marathon.

This event is for all age groups and all abilities. We strongly encourage primary school groups to participate in the 3km run. They will be in the running to win the Maleny Realty Trophy* for the most participants per school population attending. If you are not a runner do not despair – you can walk the 3km event as well.

High schools will be in the running to win a perpetual Trophy and $100 for your school, for the most participants per school population entering the 5km event.

*Please note there are no place getter prizes for the 3km run. This is a participation event only.
